Nice property, but the concept is not a hotel but a coworking business. They pay more attention to the business than to hotel guests.

Very clean and tidy room with nice views of the Vienna circle.The staff were very polite, helpful and accommodative. Also the property is close (about 10 minutes) away from Pratersen train station from where you can take the line 1 and 2 for the centre of Vienna and also trains to different destinations in Vienna, The property is also located in a central road, but despite this it wasn\t noisy at all. Also there were several amenities, like gym and waxing machine if someone needed, but I didn't need these facilities.

This is my second time staying at the social hub. Positives: 1) excellent location in district 2 near public transportation and the prater 2) outstanding breakfast 3) excellent friendly service 4) laundry and gym on site. It reminds me of a youth hostel that caters to younger people and offers organized opportunities for socializing. Downside: 1) room decor is dark and black 2) it’s clean enough but not immaculate. It’s a great option for the cost.

I had a great experience staying at this accommodation. Close to a major train station with supermarkets nearby. There is a restaurant for breakfast and an on-site laundry facility.

Slightly out of the main city. Approximately a 20 minute walk to get into the main city. 5 mins walk from the nearest train & underground station. Modern and young vibe with friendly staff. Rooms were clean & spacious.

One of the best I’ve ever stayed, in terms of the cleanliness of the property, facilities provided and location as it’s 8 minutes walk where near to train station or tram right infront to city centre.

The service was excellent

Conveniently located near public transportation. The hotel is geared towards a younger demographic and everyone was very friendly.

Overall I liked everything about this property. Self checkin was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great bed! The Nespresso machine made some quality coffee. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the shower door had a strong seal which kept in all the water. I wish the shower had a tray/shelf for soap, as I travel with my own bar. The Zenology hand soap and balm were great; the shampoo and conditioner not so much. Lastly, a means of hanging used towels so they can quickly dry would've been nice.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the hotels itself is in an easy location from the airport as well as to the main city via local transport. The city centre is under an hour walk as well if you're up for it. A great place to stay in Vienna.

Room and hotel was lovely. Bed was massive! The female staff member was lovely and really helpful. She gave us lots of tips and told us all her favourite christmas markets. I didn’t manage to get her name but she had short brown hair and glasses, she was amazing.

Amazing amenities (somewhere for students, business travellers and everyone in between) amazing value for money, nespresso machine in the room and great facilities! Good location for transport connections too!

Very welcoming, food excellent at breakfast varied selection. We tried the restaurant in the evening aswell again good choice and food very good. They had bar football, table tennis and pool along side gaming in the hotel too. Staff on hand 24/7. We had a family room clean and comfortable could not fault anything from our stay. Only 10 min walk to station.

Staff not much helping for check in and not much have known reservation which is i had two rooms and they denied without check my completely reservation. I proof it my reservation even they have on their system.

Rooms and Lobby have Specific, new design, a delicious variety of foods and desert for breakfast. All attractive places to visit are accessible through subway or train station which are around 9 min. walking from Hotel.

It’s regarded as a four star hotel. In reality it’s not! There was no hand soap, lotion, or dental kit. The furniture was dusty. There were molds in the shower corners. The spare toilet roll has stains on it!! The ceiling looks poor! The hotel lacked a charger adapter and had to walk to the train station at 8 pm to get one from a vending machine. The hotel is not cheap! Breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly. The location was close to the train station/tram.
