房间舒适宽敞，干净整洁。服务非常热情周到。我很喜欢这家酒店的氛围和装潢。早餐是单点的，但每一样都很美味。完美！下次来巴厘岛我肯定还会住这里。

酒店员工非常友好，办理入住手续也很方便。

Hotelnya enak pake banget. Pas datang dapat free upgrade room, lebih luas dan enak. Suasananya sepi jadi cocok buat yang pengen lebih tenang daripada Kuta, Legian, Seminyak dan lain-lain. Pelayanannya sangat baik dari para staff. Untuk breakfast menunya bukan prasmanan seperti pada umumnya, kita akan diberikan pilihan dari pilihan healthy juice, main course, coffee atau teh dst, untuk yang suka menu sehat, menu di sini bisa dijadikan pilihan. Ga sempet nyoba kolamnya, tapi bagus meski posisi kolam renangnya terpisah dari bangunan utama kamar hotel. Next mau banget kesini tapi bareng anak deh.

The room was really spacious and I was surprised that it looks bigger than the photos. The staffs are super nice, friendly and accommodating. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel.

Super sekali. Tidak ada kurangnya. Kamar bersih, AC dingin, kamar nyaman, desain keren, tidak bising, petugas ramah, fasilitas juga termasuk komplit. Puas sekali menginap di sini. Bathupnya sukses bikin pingin berendam tiap hari. Adapun yang perlu ditingkatkan mungkin jumlah channel TV. Recommended buat yang mau stay di Bali di daerah nNusa dua.

I had a great stay here! The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help. Amnaya hotel is great for staycation since they have a complete facilities from gym, spa, restaurant, pool and daily activities for guests (it 's free!), like Jamu making class, etc. I will stay here again if I get a chance to go to Nusa Dua again. Check in hanya butuh waktu 15mnt saja, booking deluxe room, ditawarkan upgrade ke junior suite room hanya menambah extra 100K. Kamar bersih, nyaman sekali. Semua staff sangat amat baik. Tempat breakfast sangat artistik tapi agak panas dan silau karena matahari. Semoga di lain hari, saya bisa kembali ke Amnaya, keep the good work.

Stafnya ramah semua. Kami late cek in, proses cepat dan dapet upgrade kamar. Yeaay Alhamdulillah. Tks Amnaya. Saran perbaikannya: mudah-mudahan sign nama resortnya bisa lebih jelas ya terutama ktk malam hari.

The resort is quite unique, I like the architecture however the reception area a little bit dark. The room was fantastic! They even upgraded our room, thank you Amnaya will surely come again.

Hotel baru, tks kanar Says di upgrade tanpa biaya tambahan. Kamarnya luas, baru, cakep. Ada bathtub di ruang tidur, tempat tidurnya bersih dan besar. Front office nya ramah benar, dapat welcome drink. Semoga semakin banyak tamunya.

Made a last minute booking (30 mins before check-in at night) and accommodated successfully by the hotel staffs. The staffs are friendly and helpful! The room is huge as well, comes with a bath tub and balcony. I had a great experience during my stay at Amnaya, the location is 5-10 mins to Nusa Dua convention center. Great choice for those who have meetings or business agenda in Nusa Dua area.

Saya pastikan akan kembali untuk menginap di sini. Perawatan tempat bagus, kamar sangat nyaman! Benar-benar mantap. Tidak mengecewakan sama sekali. Karyawan pun sangat ramah! Luar biasa!

First time choosing Amnaya was at Kuta on January ‘ 22 and it 's amazing so it made me decide to stay at Amnaya again but in Nusa Dua this time. Everything was great unless the check in time. I arrived at 2pm so we're waiting until the room ready, as it stated ready on 3pm. I waited while I was working. And when I realized it 's 3.30pm, I went to the receptionist asked whether the room ready or not cause they're seems not too busy (no guess at their desk, etc so they're chit chat with their colleagues), then they checked in the system and informed me room ready. I was hope they informed me right away cause they're the one who asked me to wait and will be informed if ready. Anyway, room never disappointed, everything is clean.

I fall in love with his place! Comfort room, clear and clean. Staff are awesome and helpful. I will be back again to this place 🥰.
