No hotel name outside. While doing late check in there was no receptionist (despite already mentioned in note that will be checked in at 22.00), have to find the alternative entrance by yourself while going back to hotel after 21.00. The room smells bad, supposed to be caused by toilet. The good side, vegan foods and beverages are well enough and the AC is cool.

Room actually very nice and comfy but unfortunately we had issue about room key and no one available to help us. Also staff need more training how to treat and talk to the guest.

Stay 4 malam di sini, malam pertama dipindah ke kamar lain karena ada overbooking (entah error di OTA atau hotelnya). Jelas kurang jelas dari luar. Tempat check in menyatu dengan restoran. Proses check in cepat, staf ramah, fasilitas kamar-wifi-pool nya oke. Kalau malam, tidak ada staf yang on duty, jadi rely ke petugas security. Lokasi cukup strategis di area Canggu, namun agak jauh ke pantai kalo jalan kaki, direkomendasikan pakai motor. Overall, layanan dan fasilitasnya oke.

Hotelnya unik. Kamar bersih, sabunnya wangi, meja makeup luas, proses check in check out cepat, pelayanan ramah. Letak sangat strategis. Yes bakalan balik lagi nginep ke sini.
