櫃台有人的自助入住，隨時有人協助，房間很大舒適配備齊全，洗衣機廚房用品都有，3天打掃一次，但可去櫃檯拿毛巾，櫃台很專業，英文可通

對於購物.藥妝購買 .住在這是一個好選擇.適合團體 家庭入住.

飯店地點在本町站跟心齋橋站中間，走路大概15分鐘就能到鬧區，房門是用電子鎖密碼開啟，櫃台在2樓，房間不大，整潔度OK，整體上是不錯的體驗

寄存行李需要收費，有點不合理。

Clean room, well adjusted for 3 people, with great bathroom, washing machine, tiny kitchen. WiFi is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Great central and walkable location. Steps from restaurants, shops and convenience stores. A few blocks to the train and walking distance to Dotonbori. Large room size with cooking and washing facilities. Definitely recommend.

Place was great, I would suggest a longer stay. We had someone loud above us, but other than that this place had everything including two huge beds ( I’m 2m or 6’5”) and they were large for me. I loved the shower room as well and full kitchen

Everything there as described but very no frills

Perfect space for a small family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Mum, Dad, 16yrold and 12 yr old

Beds were big but not comfortable. The room smelled like bathroom the whole time and no hot water. Luckily it was summer so we were able to endure it. What really bothered us was poor wifi connection. Even after resetting multiple time the wifi was not there for our room and we had to use other room’s and the connection was very week and dropped frequently. Will not visit again.

The hotel is very cleaned and beds r super comfortable. We enjoyed the washer inside our hotel and drying function in the shower rooms. The couples things can be improved would be some spaces to put put our stuff instead of live out from suite case and the AC unit duct on the 6th night all the suddenly dripping water to bed likely due to condensation. Highly recommend this location and cleaned hotel

Nice property. Close to transport and shops. Staff were very friendly upon check in.
