总体感觉很不舒服。出乎我对希尔顿的印象。我们一个家庭定了2个房间，本来留言希望是连通房。但是去了以后给了我们一个一楼房间，一个三楼房间。而且给我刷了2次押金。一个房间一个。我很担心他们的预授权是否成功。三楼的房间是个残疾人房间，没有洗浴的隔断。洗脸盆小而且很低，也没有洗漱用品放的地方。有些扶手上面还有灰。早餐中规中矩，自助。

洒店有停車場設施，非常方便。整潔，房間空間寬敞！

We love our stay at the Fellows house, staff was super helpful & polite and dinner & breakfast were absolutely wonderful. The only thing we would say is that the electric car chargers in their car park were not working - although the Hotel tried contacting providers - it was inconvenient as we were banking on charging over night there.

All very clean and smart apart from shower screen door which needed some attention

The Reception staff Cecile was excellent! Very polite and smiling. Very welcoming. Also the Dining staff Certanina was excellent. Breakfast was super! Both the above staff are an asset to the hotel. Definitely coming again.

Overall… I loved the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the facilities were amazing. The convenience of the restaurant and gym were very much appreciated. The hotel is within walking distance of the main town centre which made exploring a breeze.

Lovely venue, clean, modern, staff were super friendly. Only downside, there was no dressing table in my room, so I struggled to dry my hair into style as the lead did not stretch from a plug to any mirror close by.

Close to the university center without the painful parking and one way traffic.

Great place to stay; a bit overpriced esp parking at £24/day but that’s the market in Cambridge.

Lovely hotel with nice pool, restaurant and cafe. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Within easy walking distance from central Cambridge.

Clean room, great staff, spacious apartment. Parking for a non central location over £70 for just three nights.

The hotel was in a great position and perfect inside and out. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Easy check in. Mark was brilliant and helped celebrate a birthday weekend.

Excellent customer service, the reception staff were all incredibly helpful. The dinner was exceptional, we had the Mac n cheese with pesto and Fish & Chips. Room layout and size was perfect, air con was not cool enough at some point it was very warm in the night. Breakfast was perfect and lots of great options. Enjoyed the cocktails. Will definitely recommend

Veldig fint opphold, hyggelig og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Rommet var stort og fint. Det var lite støy. Det eneste vi syns trakk litt ned var at det ligger så langt unna sentrum, ca 30 minutters gåtur.
