Habitaciones amplias con todos los servicios de un departamento. El personal es muy amable. Excelente ubicación.

The room was in good condition. The bathroom shower floor needed better cleaning. On checking in late we were not given details of the door digital lock so it took some fiddling until we received instructions the next day. There was no hot water the last two days. The staff did provide us with a room where we could shower the last day. The room had just been checked out from and had not been cleaned. There was one coffee pod provided when we arrived which was not replaced the next day. We needed to ask at the desk every day for a replacement. There were two towels provided and one rag. After three days we needed to ask for the towels to be replaced.

Too noisy (my room was facing the street) and Internet connection is intermittent making difficult to have conference calls among other things

es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y la ubicación me parece excelente, las instalaciones están bien pero el Servicio deja mucho que desear. La vez pasada que nos hospedamos desde el primer día dejamos basura y nunca lo la recogieron dejamos pasarlo la lámpara, no servía, se lo dijimos, nunca no la cambiaron y siempre que pedíamos algo nunca sucedía. Esta vez que nos hospedamos desde el primer día, les dije que no tenía café y me dijeron que me lo iban a llevar, nunca me lo llevaron, y la televisión no funcionaba y nos dijeron que tenían muchos meses con problemas con el proveedor así que tampoco podemos ver la televisión, pero el colmo es que entran a hacer la limpieza en un lugar que se supone que es un hotel con servicio de hotelll con precio de hotelll y entran a a tender la cama y a veces a recoger la basura, de verdad que esta vez ya me decepcionó

Lo único negativo es que el desayuno lo sirven hasta las 8. Muchos viajeros necesitamos salir antes de esa hora.

Definitivamente regresaríamos. Excelente relación precio-calidad. El personal amable y la habitación impecable.

Great location in Mexico City’s nicest neighbourhood. Unfortunately the staff don’t have the resources to provide clients with the basics.

Staff were nice but didn’t have clean bedding, etc to clean up the rooms.
