Everything was amazing. We travel frequently, and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. One odd thing, there is no switch for the bathroom fan. However, if that's the one issue, you know that you're in a great location.

no maid service after the first night had to go ask for clean towels and wash cloths no problem getting them staff was great

No cups in room to take meds No shower gel in shower. Only 2 large towels. Breakfast was okay. Hard boiled eggs were likely old due to texture and taste. Otherwise room and parking were great.

The hygiene is not good. I slept all night. My whole body is itchy. And there is basically no choice for breakfast. Don't hope too much.

Check in fast and easy. Room is very updated and fresh. Bed very comfortable! Breakfast is a little bit of a let down with very few choices but coffee is hot and fresh. Only stayed a night while traveling and would stay again if in the area because the price is reasonable.

Lack of normal bathroom amenities. Breakfast was ridiculous compared to other Sparks hotels.

Discount version from Hilton has most of the same room amenities as a fancier Hilton. Good breakfast b it the coffee needs to be better and not look like tea.

The hotel was very clean & tidy, as were the rooms…& it smelled very clean. Loved the bed linens & pillows…. the breakfast was simple but adequate & balanced. Parking was safe & visible from my room. Excellent stay… just right.

The only tv did not work on our room. When we called the front desk, they told us they know the tv doesn’t work and there was nothing g they could do. Called to speak to the banshee several times and left a message for them to call back. Have heard nothing. Also, the walls are paper thin and could hear babies crying and people walking around all night long. The heating/ac unit was either blowing freezing cold air or hot air, no in between. Not much offered for continental breakfast. Rather pay $20-$30 more to stay elsewhere.
