very near to the crusie port，clean and save

From the minute we arrived the people at front desk were super friendly and quick. My son accidentally left his expensive computer in the room and he did not realize it. From the ship we contacted the hotel and they had found his computer and put in lock up until we got off our cruise. Thankful for the honest staff!!!

I like the cleaness of the room and common areas. The professionalism of staff, breakfast option, easy parking. The maintenance technician was quick in resolving toilet issue in our room. Would have been nice to have an actual refrigerator not a cooler. The cooler get item cold.

It was all wonderful!

The bed was very comfortable, and I have prefer to stay at this hotel when I am in this area.

The room was spacious and the pool was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn and suites very much. The staff, Kim and Elizabeth were amazing and they worked very hard to try and accommodate us for early check-in. The food options were great for breakfast and the property was clean and comfortable. We had two rooms and one of the rooms only had a curtain at the bathroom, not a door. When we spoke to housekeeping about it, she said they know and that was just what it was. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay

Excellent experience. Close to cruise port! Very clean and welcoming! We stayed in a suite for 6 and it was perfect! Large bathroom with separate door to toilet and shower made getting ready with several people much easier!

The hotel itself was great. The pool area and around it looks amazing but we didn’t have time to use it. The staff who checked is in was not in the mood to talk and just rude. She finished but didn’t say so and we stood there for a few minutes and asked her what else she needed from us and she said I’m done. We asked her about food options as it was getting late and everything we were finding on their lists were closing so looking for local knowledge we asked us she knew any options to which she just said there is a list of places over there, and just look it up. We would stay here again but would hope we don’t have the same person checking us in.

For what i paid for the 1 night stay. The breakfast was horrible.

Love the convince of where it was located for traveling to the ships port. Will recommend everyone to stay here.

We enjoyed one night at this hotel before heading out on a 7-day cruise. The hotel is conveniently located near the port. Checking in and checking out was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again on our next cruise.
