A great option in Sanur. The hotel offers more intimate vibes, while also great for families with young kids. Sanur Icon is just a stone's throw away if you feel like going to the mall to buy something or enjoy mall foods. Beach access and bikes are very appreciated to enjoy it fully. All staff are very welcoming and attentive.

It's always a great experience staying at Andaz. The service is amazing, Ida Ayu was very helpful and helped me with the florist and all things needed in the morning. The food at the fisherman club and the ambiance are also very nice! Will always come back to Andaz whenever I visit Bali.

- Welcome drink. - Resepsionis perempuan hangat dan ramah. - Hotel wangi. - Suasana kamar ok. - Sarapan enak dan pelayanan ok. - Petugas FO an Bapak Ardana sikap kurang menyenangkan (gesture, ucapan) sambil bawa security saat saya berfoto-foto di area hotel (area umum), padahal pakai kamera biasa, bukan kamera prof dan bukan lensa panjang, difoto oleh kenalan, saya hanya foto-foto untuk kenangan (setiap saya nginep saya lakukan, di Ayana, Westin, dan lain-lain gak masalah). Perkataannya kurang enak (tidak boleh foto-foto) dan singgung soal biaya. Soal biaya gak masalah. Tapi perbuatannya gak nyaman buat saya. Overall hotel ok banget kecuali Bapak Ardana yang gak pas sebagai hotelier.

Saya pesan dari pagi lewat aplikasi. Check in kita bisa masuk jam 3 sore. Ini jam 5 lebih dan belum bisa check in dengan alasan pesanan baru masuk dan kamar belum ready. So bad, untuk hotel sekelas Andaz. Service buruk!

The room and service were very excellent. All the non-alcohol items in the room bar were free. However, my only criticism was on the breakfast menus and quality when comparing it to other hotels with a similar rate. A la carte breakfast menus usually contain items that would not taste best when served buffet style. Andaz's menus are a bit underwhelming and contain most items which are typically served in buffet style. All the menus in Fruit & Vegetable, Deli, bakery (except for crois madame and French Toast, and Local Flavour sections are all typical buffet style. So it 's like eating buffet breakfast but with a longer wait (which is annoying) of a la carte menu. Menus like fruits, cereal, muesli, soto madura, bubur, kway teow goreng (and most items in the menu) do not need to be a la carte. Why not just present them all buffet style and put the few items on the menu to order a la carte? The impression could easily be misinterpreted as being a stingy hotel instead of appreciative of the effort to minimise food waste. But at the this price rate, there are quite a few hotels in Bali which provide a better quality a la carte menu. By the way, there is no beef or pork in the menu other than in Kimchi jjigae and Soto Madura (They are all in very small pieces). The “babi guling rilette” was 4 paper-thin shreds of pork in a jar of oil. So yes, other than the breakfast menu, everything else is great.

Shoutout to Bli Arya for being so kind to us and everyone at Andaz team are so nice. It was worth every penny. Too bad we stayed during heavy storm but the resort still looks pretty though. Will definitely stay here again & again. Top notch!
