Beautiful boutique hotel one block from the beach! (Although we didn’t take advantage, they have beach chairs available for guests!) Small heated pool which was kind of crowded but still very nice! Room was small but plenty of space for sleeping! King bed was VERY comfortable! I also had a very nice massage in their spa! Would definitely recommend!!

Well maintained with friendly staffing. Rooms are small but very cleaned, and comfortable. I will go back there.

Very modern and clean. Close to the beach!

Convenient to beaches; really like the view from the 2nd floor balcony; the room was not ready at check in time; they did not explain at check in what was included and what was not; the beach setup charge came as a surprise to us; the large bed (king size) in the small room left little room to walk around; the restaurants were loud and felt cramped;

I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant on the first floor as well as the poolside food/beverage service.

I have been coming to Rockaway for years, but never had the pleasure of staying here until now! Wonderful staff, delicious food, beautiful aesthetics (loved loved loved all the art!), wonderful pool area, and all around magnificent time. Will look forward to coming back! (Also, I was working the whole time, but the super fast wifi and calming ambience made that much easier)

Lovely property well appointed upscale but comfortable casual vibe.

Do not miss the spa! Wonderful facial!! The on-site restaurants are wonderful. Though I often skip breakfast, the avocado toast and French toast with berries were great. (Not to mention the lovely, friendly staff!). Don’t miss the little coffee shop. 😎

This darling, boutique property is a 1 block walk from ferry stop. In addition to exquisite dining options at hotel, there’s a great bagel spot, burger place and sweets across the street. I love harbor side views!

The Staff could have been more welcoming! When we arrived we were not greeted with a HELLO, GOOD MORNING or a SMILE! I would have liked to see more ENTHUSIASM on behalf of the Staff. Alex our waitress at The Pool House, exemplified how everyone on your Staff should model themselves after. She was KIND, SWEET and WELCOMING with her Smile!

Pool was crowded and not the cleanest after people partied at night. But lots of kids and such a great hotel.

The setting is ideal, love the design and details, and the pool was divine!
