The room next to us they were so noisy all night banging and could hear closing of doors. They woke us throughout the night. The breakfast in the morning was very limited and expensive. Wont stay again

Nice place to stay, comfortable and helpful staff team. Very stingey on coffee and tea in the room. Only 2 teas and 2 coffees for me people. Would have gone through that the first few hours easy, but downstairs staff gave an extra tea bag when needed. Only other downside was TV didn’t operate. If staying for a while that would be annoying to miss news for so long

2 mornings out of 4 no hot water. Not good in a place that’s cold like Toowoomba

The breakfast ($30) was TERRIBLE!!!! Smashed avo & eggs - cold. Bacon & egg muffin (which they forgot about) dried out & tough.

Everything. The relaxed and convenient vibe of the place is something that you don't get in the capital cities that we often travel to.

Excellent property and really convenient

This was surprisingly good. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds very comfortable. Lovely soft pillows that you could actually sleep on, which is so unusual in most hotels and was an absolute delight. Everything we needed for tea and coffee and a drink was provided and a cloth to wipe up which I really appreciate. Service was patchy. Checkin was excellent. The cafe forgot one meal for breakfast but gave an extra coffee as an apology. The food was okay but pretty cold and/or overcooked. Checkout was a young woman who could barely speak English and looked like she was minding the front desk. The location was central and we were able to walk to where we were going with no trouble.

Over great stay, now my Toowoomba hotel of choice
