服務優秀，酒店房間清潔乾淨，只是地方有點遠

The breakfast menu is fresh, with many, many options. The staff at this Hotel is AMAZING, so helpful and kind. The location is away from downtown, which is exactly what I wanted, and is across the street from the riverfront. There is easy access to a Bus Line, and is close to the Crystal Palace Garden. The only disappointing feature was the cost of breakfast. I've had similar breakfasts at other hotels which was included for free. 18 Euros seemed very steep to me.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very professional. I went to the spa for a massage and Sophia took fantastic care of me. Everything was clean, relaxing, and overall a wonderful experience. Breakfast was great as well - they had buffet style with several options. If i return to Porto i will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh. However, parking on site is a bit harrowing as you need to drive on the tram tracks to get into the garage (tight fit). Also, if you are on one end of the hotel around 5 am a party starts next door with pounding music waking you up!

Great location, amazing staff and ambience.

The entire feel of the hotel is more on a 3 star than 4 star, from amenities to staff. Best part about the hotel is the view and rooftop.

El hotel Neya tiene excelentes habitaciones, amplias, cómodas y limpias, su personal es muy amable y el desayuno variado y de calidad. Si bien no está en el centro, preferimos el hotel vs la ubicación

Don’t ever stay in this hotel. Totsll tip off. We are here for the wedding and thus hotel doesn’t give you Iron even. Air conditioners not in even in 23-24 degrees temperatures. TV is not working. There’s nobody to help. Staff said no technician to fix tv they will mot turn on the air conditioner until May. Soooo disappointed. Management should return my money.

Very good location and super friendly and professional staff

Clean room, staffs and breakfast were great, but location was no the best.

Very nice, building was lovely. Sky bar staff weren’t great, couple just kept flirting with each other and when the robot turned up with food they didn’t even notice and it left again with the food, so by the time we got it l, it was cold. The location is great if you don’t mind a 10 min walk, gorgeous on a sunny day.

Hôtel très bien situé, ligne de bus à proximité, chambre moderne et très bien équipé, petit déjeuner très bon. Je recommande.
