In my opinion, Kempinski is one of the most comfortable hotels in Guangzhou. I chose the business room; it was very spacious, clean, and elegant. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. I love the beautiful indoor swimming pool. The facility was wonderful. I hope I will visit again soon.

Lagi ada pembangunan, kurang nyaman.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, at a really affordable rate given that it's Kempinski. However, for international travelers, Wi-Fi is not VPN so we couldn't use apps outside of China. The location is not the best, but there will be a metro station located outside soon. Due to this, there is also construction going on, and the hours of the construction are all the way from 8 AM to 12 midnight. The hotel provided a sleeping kit, so it helps, but it didn't affect me as a light sleeper, so all's good.

Bedroom is very spacious and has balcony too. Yet the location is not exactly same in the map. It took 37 minutes by walking to the pinpoint in the map from exact location. Yet overall it's very nice hotel with apartment concept. During my stays there is a metro project next to the hotel.
