This is our second stay here. Both times were great. Clean and quiet. Could use new/better pillows but everything else is always great.

Would definitely stay again! Comfortable, clean and convenient!

The 1st room, the refrigerator was leaking on the floor and was hot. We changed rooms. The remote for the 2nd room did not work and had to have batteries installed. Staff on duty was great.

The property was very clean.

They issue ear plugs to hide the noise of Beale Steet

Very clean and convenient

Staff was real friendly and understanding. The location was clean and quiet. I would have to say the only issue I had was taking all my luggage up and down those stairs. I wish it had an elevator but I share the blame on that one cause it's not necessary for me to pack as much as I do 😉 lol I would definitely recommend and I will for sure stay there again in the future 😁

Peaceful, convenient location, comfortable bed.

I had to flee my storm ravaged area, came to Jasper very unnerved and took refuge. I was not told there was no WiFi or tv up front. Went to my room, lamp would not work, back to desk to get new bulb, found out there was no Wi-Fi or tv which I desperately needed. Went back to room, changed lightbulb, checked to see if there was any service. Back to front desk and asked to check out and refund my money as I had to go elsewhere. Was told no refund. Had to drive to Cullman for accommodations. I should have been told before check-in there were no services that I had to have. Very disappointed!

The ac was set at 62 when we got there but was really warm all night. It was noisy outside as well.

Property was very clean and kept clean. Personal was very helpful and friendly
