A true classic. Superb staff, old style comfort and amenities, outstanding food, comfort and service. It has been 40 years since we last stayed here, and it is a good as ever.

i had a wonderful experience in domaine de Crayeres in Reims; was upgraded at arrival, and have been treated attentively during the whole stay; it is a delicate, intimate and prestigious place to stay at and recommended to hedonist guests;

Lovely Chateau in one breath: Great Location Amazing Staff Fantastic Food The other breath: Toilet Flush not working (it was mended in the morning but left trying to fill all night, noisy and an “polite” guests not useable) and no apologies on check out. Water in a decanter in the room a nice touch , but warm, had a feeling it had been there a few hours!

Beautiful hotel well worth it. Service was very good, even charging our hybrid rental for us without asking and providing water and umbrellas for our day trips. We ate at both restaurants, both were excellent. Not an overload of food or courses like some other Michelin star restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little pricey). Convenient to Pommery and Veuve (walking distance) and downtown Reims (a short drive). Highly recommended.

We had a memorable stay! Everything was perfect! The staff was extremely attentive and friendly! It’s the second time I have stayed and will definitely stay again in the future!

This place exceeded all of our expectations and wildest dreams. Everything was perfect - from the well appointed room and kind staff, to the most delicious food at dinner and breakfast. Wished we stayed for longer but it’s now on our “must come back” list. Such a gorgeous and special place in Reims.

L’accueil est chaleureux, le lieu est splendide. Un hôtel qui mérite amplement ses distinctions ! Ne changez rien.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel and property are absolutely lovely, and the staff are top notch. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and made every effort to make us comfortable. We felt so welcome!

Un merveilleux sejour dans un lieu sublime, chic et discret. Établissement de haut niveau, personnel aux petits soins et avec les attentions qui font toute la différence ! Un restaurant doublement etoilé divin… Les chambres sont exceptionnelles… et le domaine au pied des grandes maisons de Champagne ! Idéal pour un séjour de rêve et de bulles !!!

Love this place. Bed and pillows so inviting. Charming, clean, comfortable and able to bring my dog to the restaurant was an added plus. The grounds were wonderful for walking my dog off the leash. Highly recommend
