Wonderful breakfast with gluten free options including gluten free bread.

It’s really clean, quiet , the staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was also well made and hot.

Friendly staff, very clean, and conveniently located with major amenities close by!

Easy access. And nice hotel. Only complaint was the tub shower. As I went to have a bath and the shower ran during the whole bath. Could not get the shower to stop. And very little water pressure. The room was very adequate and clean!

There was dirty feet marks all over the wall by the bed. Other than that the room was clean and comfy. I would recommend other than the area around the hotel was loud with the busy road. Round about was under construction and was a pain

nice large rooms

I was greeted by a young lady named Sheryl, she was delightful and lovely. I was immediately sent up to my room. I've had a previous experience at this hotel where the front desk was not as accommodating, she made up for all of that just by her Pleasant smile.

Love the place

The only issue was no sugar or whitener in the room for coffee but obviously was just forgotten, no big deal.

The hotel is beautiful!! Right now there is alot of construction in the area so it is harder to get too!

We had a mixup which they were willing to assist with! But that was about the only positive thing about our stay. The first night we were kept up all night by people stomping above us, which I called and complained about and nothing was done. We have a baby that scooches around on her bum, and her feet and bottom of her clothes were black after only a short time! We also had someone get into the hottub with alcohol while we were in the pool which we really didn’t appreciate.

Nice location

Rooms were clean, given two rooms with blocked windows with concrete walls, after discussion with reception, they reluctantly changed only one room with clear view. Lift was not clean, covered with coffee spill. Garbage pilled up in the lobby ( photos are available). This place is more like a hostel than a hotel. Breakfast was good.

The hotel had underground parking which was very nice to have.

Only a few electrical outlets worked and beds were uncomfortable. Definitely not staying here again!
