The reception discriminate Asian people, bad and arrogant attitude during check-in and defamation on customer.

It was dirty in the washroom..some hairs on the floor.There was mold on the shower wall. I had extra 30$ because the check inn was 1 hour sooner,at 2 pm ...i don't recommand

I was attending a wedding in Montreal and the wedding was starting at 15:00 at the same time the checking time. Requested to be accomodated to be able to check in at 14:00 and I was charged $30. Not very friendly if you ask me. It was the first time staying at a Hilton hotel and may be the last. I had almost already paid $300 for the night. I was expecting no extra fee.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The property is so clean and staff is super friendly. The gym was perfect to use. There is a Starbucks and a Heal (açai bowls and smoothies) right across the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Thank you❤️

Great location, staff was amazing

It was nice and when I was check in I already paid for the hotel but at the front desk they asked security deposit my credit card was not working so they let me pay with visa debit.first they said I can’t use my visa debit after they said okay.and the room was very clean but the washroom door have no log.otherwise we are happy.

The hotel didn’t provide water, The duvet was ratty. Pillows were not pillows and the restaurant was HORRRIBLE.

Le réceptionniste au cheveux mi long était exceptionnel, cependant l’insonorisation de la chambre était horrible, et nous avons payé pour la piscine mais elle n’était pas chauffée suite à un problème technique.

Pas de bain mais une belle douche. Le repas du soir était délicieux. Papier toilette tellement mince et rude = trop bas de gamme. Boîte à mouchoirs vide. Café bas de gamme avec COLORANT. Mauvaise prise en charge de la réservation. L’hôtel m’a fait payer le gros prix même si j’étais là pour les compétitions de Gymnix.
