They don’t have proper bathroom fittings, soap holder was missing, enquired then got the information like all the bathrooms are without soap holder

First time in makkah, and in the best location as it’s near to everything. Get a bus ‘joonibiyah’ down from masjid haram which goes on ‘At taif road’ you can get dropped off at at taif road/al Barr st. Then you can walk to the beyab al aziziyah hotel.

The room was broken furniture and no bed back . The bathroom door was a mess and shower door was not there there was two single beds I ordered a deluxe room and they give me garbage. Extremely bad experience.
