staff are very nice

Frustrating visit. I needed sheets for the sofa bed late in the evening and they took an hour and half to deliver. I didn’t get to bed h til after 12:30 am

The hotel was super clean and had a beautiful view of the city

For the price, expected a larger room. Nice to have a bar for morning bloody marys

Every person on the staff that I engaged with was fantastic, and there were many that I encountered. The bed was everything I wanted. The room was spacey and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows along with a lovely view. The outdoor pool/spa was a nice feature and rare in the PNW, both were a very comfortable temp. Clearly it’s a great place to stay for access to the convention center, but I feel it was great for many types of trabeksi

The best part was the view from the 18th floor.

Hotel was not helpful when it came to providing customer service while trying to trouble shoot.

The parking garage was a little odd, but we appreciated that secure onsite parking was available.

Quick and friendly checkin. Clean room with nice amenities. Will stay here again.

Parking garage is tight, fine for smaller vehicles, registering and putting your parking on the room is charged after check out. Signage is not very clear nor was pricing really disclosed. Room was cleaned up but gum and wrappers from previous guest were still on and in the couch. Room had signs of wear but not too bad.

Brought my grandsons and we had a great time

Never seen a Marriott like this. Ask for a baby crib when I do check in, and wait two hour and call them, said out of cribs, until I tell them they have to find one for the baby. No shower gel in the bottle, I don’t know how often they will clean the room and refill the bottles. No drinking water in the room. I called the front desk for dental kit, never got one.

Loved how close it was to the Space Needle

Upon check-in the rooms temperature was 80 degrees unacceptable. We couldn't get maintenance to respond waited an hour and finally got a hold of a supervisor and requested a new room. That request was granded so we had to pack up and moved.

Accommodation was comfortable. Great view. Close to good places
