Unfortunately was mostly a bad experience, they could not find our reservations in their systems, wanted to charge us again, one of the rooms was not the one we reserve, pool was very dirty, the shower had a few dirty spots, sink was clogged, the shore was really far from the property rooms, poor ilumination at night, won’t comeback again and if ask, i would NOT recommend it

Pas de service, personne à la réception, pas de WIFI , pas d'eau chaude, pas de téléviseur dans la chambre, plancher de la chambre sale, accès au lac limité et quasi non-praticable... Bref, un désastre sur toute la ligne! Dommage car l'emplacement est très beau et a beaucoup de potentiel mais il n'est tout simplement pas bien exploité!

Fácil acceso al lago, instalaciones bonitas y comida muy rica. No tenían kayak como lo tienen en sus redes, el servicio de restaurante es lento y no había agua caliente en la habitación.

The things that I liked were the lake view, the facilities, and the nice pool area, and very quiet to spend time with your family, very cozy.

Me gustó mucho el jardín y el muelle. La naturaleza y vista es espectacular. Tuvimos problema que no había cenas en el restaurante, por lo que debimos salir. Por la mañana nos dimos cuenta que solo había agua fría en la ducha.

Dont use either this property or expedia depending on which is responsible for advertising elevators that don't exist. If exp then they should be reported

En una de las habitaciones había varios bichos, aunque nos dieron spray para espantarlos.

I tried to call them hotels, and no one answered. I think they have the wrong number. And no one answered to me that’s why we not make it to the hotel because they answered the phone. It’s a bad server.

Todo muy bonito pero no tienen servicio de Wifi algo muy importante en estos tiempos

Un Lugar muy tranquilo, limpio y naturaleza verde, picinaRestaurante adentro de la propiedad, comida muy deliciosa y buena atencion. Con una vista hacia el Lago muy bella, muy hermoso
