Terrible amenities

Probably one of my worst experiences staying at a hotel, the money paid is not even worth what we got. Very limited water when showering and the staff was not friendly when we asked to get it fixed

Todo el Personal amable, atentos buena ubicación y habitación limpia y amplia.

I reserved a room with double bed

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y la zona muy céntrica para llegar caminando a cualquier lugar. Lo único malo es que llevábamos muchas maletas y no hay elevador, pero el joven nos ayudó a subirlas. La zona es tranquila.

This hotel is super near to all areas of Guanajuanto. Museums, fleet market, tourist area,bars restaurants super convenient. I give 3 stars due to the bathroom have an awful smell due to the drainage. I had to leave the balcony doors open because it was pretty strong odor.They provide parking but its far to walk back, you need to get a taxi.

Es un hotel muy céntrico y agradable, solo hay que considerar que se deben subir muchas escaleras dependiendo del piso que te toque. El personal es amable y atento a tus peticiones.

Un hotel fraudulento, ofrecen algo en la página y al llegar es otra, llevaba una hielera y no me dejaron entrar con ella, al decirles que al reservar eso no estaba en las condiciones salieron con que harían la observación, pero se negaron a regresar el dinero de la reservación, y hasta la habitación volvieron a rentar.

El hotel está muy bien, pero los cuartos del área terraza están muy calientes, se recomienda poner aire acondicionado para tiempo de calor

The bedsheets were not cleaned. I found women hair all over the bedsheets. I asked the front desk about the situation and they took care of it.
