I was welcomed by Robin at the reception. She made the check seamless and was very polite. She answered all my questions also guided me to the nearest restaurant for my dinner as well

It was a great stay. Just sad that the pancake machine was not working for breakfast. But all in all it was ok the breakfast

It was fine. Good water pressure, clean enough, breakfast… all good.

The beds and linen were comfortable. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Wholly inadequate single elevator had to be rebooted three times during morning checkout.

Holiday Inn Express continues to impress me. Breakfast bar is fantastic. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. This location had the electric window blinds which were fantastic.

Newer hotel, friendly staff

We were really disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, a moldy toilet and the faucet was off center making it difficult to use. There was also a dirty towel hanging in the closet. But the beds were clean and comfortable.

We stayed for four days, three nights. We did not receive housekeeping services once during our entire stay. When I spoke with the housekeeping manager, she stated that we must have had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. I advised that we left our room at approximately 9:00 am and removed the sign once we left. She stated that the housekeeper would have skipped our room and not returned. We stayed for the Corvettes at Carlisle event, most likely their busiest time of year, and they only had one person on our floor doing housekeeping. Also, we ate breakfast at the hotel our first morning. It was extremely lacking. The food was luke warm at best and did not taste good at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Front desk staff were awesome very helpful and caring (Victoria and Skylar), helped with a few questions I had and was very patient.

Stay was great! The only issue was the parking, we strugged to find parking a few times due to the trucks with trailers taking up multiple spaces.
