The housekeeping service was extremely poor throughout our stay.
1. The hotel bed is too soft; we're not used to sleeping on such a soft mattress.
2. Inconsistent Supplies:
Housekeeping repeatedly failed to replenish basic items such as towels and tissues. We had to contact the front desk daily to request these essentials.
3. Poor Cleaning Standards:
- Our rooms were often left with hair and debris on the floor.
- Surfaces (including tables) were visibly dirty, with stains remaining uncleaned.
- Clean glasses were not returned to their designated place after washing, requiring additional requests.
4. Serious Security Breaches:
- One day at the afternoon , a staff member entered our room without knocking while I was packing. She merely asked "Service?" and left when I declined. This unauthorized entry made us feel unsafe.
