临街临铁轨很吵

Just 1 minute walk from Tower Hill underground. Convenience and spacious.

The housekeeping service was extremely poor throughout our stay. 1. The hotel bed is too soft; we're not used to sleeping on such a soft mattress. 2. Inconsistent Supplies: Housekeeping repeatedly failed to replenish basic items such as towels and tissues. We had to contact the front desk daily to request these essentials. 3. Poor Cleaning Standards: - Our rooms were often left with hair and debris on the floor. - Surfaces (including tables) were visibly dirty, with stains remaining uncleaned. - Clean glasses were not returned to their designated place after washing, requiring additional requests. 4. Serious Security Breaches: - One day at the afternoon , a staff member entered our room without knocking while I was packing. She merely asked "Service?" and left when I declined. This unauthorized entry made us feel unsafe.

Very close to underground, very nice room, helpful staff. Also, very close to tower bridge! Nice place!

Perfect for the service and room upgrade because of VIP access availability. The staff suggested us to enjoy a discount prices with breakfast that was totally worth. Everything awesome but maybe the shower//water temperature could be better. Will stay again next time.

房間尚算不錯但清潔一般，雙人床一邊床褥凹陷！另外梳化床也不舒適！早餐也一般偏咸！不值這個價錢！唯一優點是近地鐵站

方便舒適酒店，1分鐘可以去到地鐵站 tower hill,夜晚可盡快到酒店唔需要擔心。酒店早餐都豐富嘅，房間亦都乾淨舒適，有位Mr Alex B 絕對好幫忙，不論係約餐廳食飯，或者對我哋出入都非常之有笑容有禮貌。

Close to Tower Hill station and convenient for access to various parts of london

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The concierge service is excellent. Food is really good. The Underground tube station is literally steps away. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs, as well as Nice hotel . Highly recommend. Would gladly stay here again should we get back to London.

The location was ideal for London Tower. Really great food and bar on site. Modern, comfortable room, great rain shower.
