Pros.- easy check in.- easy parking.- great stay if you want have short gateaway at ioi mall putrajaya.- enough space room.- nice facilities. Cons.- some defects in room (damaged hair dryer, 1 night light)- no number for hotel management.- slow wifi (its 2025, slow wifi shouldn't be a thing)

Very comfortable and interesting. The room is clean and nice. I like it.

The room price offered by Traveloka is reasonable (RM 250.00) because I stayed on a Sunday. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of hotel parking space and easy to access. The room is not spacious but very comfortable and clean. There is a room for prayer, a king size bed and a comfortable bathroom. For breakfast, the cafe space is quite small and lacks food choices, but the food prepared is very tasty. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Putrajaya IOI Mall (5 minutes).

Overall experience still acceptable but parking is main issue.

Pros: the staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the receptionist, the bell boy, the cleaners to the restaurant staff, they always greet us warmly ❤. Cons: the standard room is quite small. Luckily it 's only me and my son, and we did not spend much time in the room since he attended scholarship interview session being held at the hotel. The food is so so, not so tasteful and less variety.

The room is spacious and clean. The single chair and the 2 seater couch is a great add. The breakfast is delicious. More into Malaysian style with some intercontinental but tatsy. The staff are nice and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.

I stayed in one of the 2nd floor room. I had problem sleeping the whole night because of the irritating noise which came from some generator or either from the kitchen exhaust system just below my window. Staffs are friendly and checked-in was fast. Hi-Tea was great. Overall, beside the issues that I had, are highly recommended.

Just nice to stay. I like the bad. Staff was friendly. The parking area is too limited and the sink is clog.

Minimalist design yet comfortable and neat. Value for money for its price. Breakfast choices and taste were good.
