プールと4Fのレストランから見た景色が素晴らしい。

スパに２回も行けて大満足でした。

The hotel was comfortable and the staff are just amazing. They made sure we understood everything the hotel has to offer. Speaking of what they offer- the pool and spa was the best. It’s a must go for any anybody visiting the island.

スタッフが優しく対応してくれて良かったです 温泉♨️のお風呂が別棟で徒歩2分でしたが江ノ島の散策でヘトヘトになりお風呂には行けませんでした

気軽に泊まることができます。お風呂やプールが離れているので一旦ホテルから出て移動となりますが、気候も良かったので気持ちよかったです。ただ悪天候だったり真夏や真冬は大変かな…と思いました。 洗面所の台が低く使いにくいのが残念です。また洗面所で手を洗ったときに手拭きのタオルかペーパータオルがあると良かったです。

部屋はきれい。お風呂が終わるのが早いのが残念。

The lighting was warm and cozy however it is not practical at all. The toilet sound mechine would always turn on when I am busy taking care of business, which I found annoying. The hotel staff are so incredibly helpful and their English is great!

2泊3日宿泊させていただきました。大好きな江のスパに毎日入れて日中はプールにサウナ、そしてマッサージ!!夜は温泉!! ランチは大好きな生しらす丼を食べ歩き、朝カフェ巡りをしたり　カフェ巡りやスイーツ巡りを楽しみ　とっても満足なひとり旅になりました!!

立地がよく 清潔感があって 別館で富士山を眺めながら天然温泉にも入ることができて とても良かったです⭐︎

It’s a really nice hotel but the windows can let in the sounds from the street. If you are a light sleeper it can be easy to wake up when traffic resumes (10pm-5am traffic ban)

Perfect location! Clean and loved the amenities! It was so nice to have the spa included. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a big favorite for us, incredibly good location, easy to find, friendly and professional staff, large and nice room, large and good onsen within walking distance from the hotel. Everything was good! The only small minus was that it smelled a little smoke in the room but I think that is easily fixed. Otherwise we are very grateful and happy about our stay in Enoshima Hotel and will definitely visit again.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Man konnte das lokale Onsen mitbenutzen (ca. 100-200m entfernt) mit Pool und Onsen Part. Unglaublich toll um bei der Reise zu entspannen, Yukata und Handtücher werden gestellt. Aber auch das Zimmerbad war modern und schön!

This hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff was so polite and helpful. They went out of their way to be kind. The spa, pools and hot springs were gorgeous and relaxing. By far the most special part of our trip to Japan. We ended up staying 5 nights and didn’t want to leave

The staff were very nice and the the hotel was very clean and neat. We also loved the location and the hot springs bath experience. Super easy to walk to from the Enoshima Katase train.

Hotel facilities and onset were decent. Hotel lobby is located inside a different building, and it was difficult to get help inside our building. There was a bad smell in the first room we were given, but the staff were kind to change our room. Unfortunately, we were not given an option to purchase breakfast, and there is no food on the island in the morning. Loud noises from vehicles at night and early morning.
