酒店舒适安静，环境整洁。靠近机场，出行便利。员工热情友好，乐于助人。无论是短期停留还是休闲度假，这里都是理想之选。我下次肯定还会选择入住。

如果您选择高级泳池景观房，为了获得更好的视野，建议选择 3303 号房，因为我昨天试住了 3306 号和 3303 号房（3306 号房有点偏角落）。

My first stay at the resort was wonderful. My friend actually recommended it to me. It is close to the airport, and the place is nice. The service was excellent. They allowed me to extend my stay for a few hours past the checkout time, which was a bonus since I was traveling by myself. I highly recommend this place.

Kids Friendly Hotel with Very Nice Facility

Kamar interior lawas, staf kurang ramah dan kurang komunikatif, kebersihan kamar kurang.

Hotel yang nyaman dan servis yang OK plus akses langsung pantai.

Booked the family suites for our short holiday and it was an amazing experience. The resort facilities and team services are really friendly and professional. We will be back! My son is having allergic reaction to dairy products, but the restaurant team was trying their best and accommodate our request. Improvement: Please check the room's odor, as our first impressions when we entered the room was a bit smelly. But all good.

Hotelnya family friendly banget, nginep di sini selama 4 malam sangat menyenangkan. Lingkungan resort bersih nyaman dan asri. Staff juga ramah dan pelayanannya sangat baik.

Service dan fasilitas sangat baik dan cocok untuk ditinggali bersama keluarga. Dekat dengan bandara.

Excellent, I had wonderful stay at Holiday Inn, best (affordable) kid-friendly resort! There 's so many facilities for kids, huge kids swimming pool, outdoor playground, football court, kids club, beach, etc. Service was excellent. I booked for superior but upgraded to deluxe and the room is fantastic. Thanks for the great hospitality:).

I love the hospitality of all the team since we arrived until we check out. They also allowed us to late check out and get free airport transfer too, we also love the strategic location of the hotel, will definitely come back.

Suka banget sama hotel ini, terutama karena mereka punya lapangan yang sangat besar dan sangat bagus buat anak-anak, dan restoran envy yang sering kami kunjungi karena makanan dan tempatnya enak, cuma sayang aja november 2021 kemarin ga dapet free upgrade kamar padahal hotel lagi banyak kosong, sedangkan kami 12 hari di bali pindah-pindah hotel dapat free upgrade semua, tapi gapapa overall sangat puas kok.

Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dekat dengan pantai segara. Cuma sarapannya menu utama kurang varian aja sih pilihannya cuma nasi goreng, bubur ayam, omelet, untungnya wafflenya lumayan. Jangan percaya jam check in di aplikasi tertulis boleh masuk jam 9 pagi, begitu sampe hotel disuruh tunggu jam 3. Pas di komplain disuruh tanya dong. Hiks. Tau gitu saya ga check out cepet-cepet dari hotel sebelumnya.
