Comfortable as always

Love the welcome cookie! The bed was very comfy and the view of the Detroit skyline was very nice. Short walk to Caesar’s casino and downtown Windsor. Only thing is I wish there was complimentary water in the room.

Excellent stay, service and staff.

The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location with a view of the Detroit river. My king room had a fantastic water view, the bed was comfortable and everything in the room was modern an updated. I would have rated my stay a 5 if not for a group that may have been part of a wedding who were running between rooms and calling out to each other between 1 and 3 am on the 11th floor. Getting the attention of servers in the dining room was also a challenge. Despite this, I'd probably stay there again.

Staff were, very friendly and helpful and the chocolate cookies were delicious. Great restaurant too.

The washroom was in an unusable state. Didn’t bother checking the rest of the suite. Didn’t bother with a new room. Went somewhere else.

The most pleasant and concerned staff upon entry and check out of the property. It was unfortunate I wasn't able to sleep. There were no noise or unpleasant guests experience, I just had a one off. The bedding was uncomfortable. I was extremely exhausted and was looking forward to a wonderful night's rest. I only had 3 hours of sleep and had to be back at work and to drive four hours to get home.

The breakfast unfortunately was not included in our stay it also didn’t give us the option not sure if it was due to Expedia or the hotel that was pretty much only downside, other than that stay was nice hotel seemed clean somewhat close to everything in city all in all decent stay.

I’ve stayed at six different hotels in Windsor and this is by far the best! Impeccably appointed and clean room and close walk to everything!

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff! The location is great and walkable to great restaurants and activities. Parking was included in the garage attached to the hotel. Our room was clean and has the most amazing view of the Detroit skyline!
