職員友善,房間整潔,附近有樹林步道和小商店(看介紹還有摘士多啤梨,竹筍和其他不同的體驗行程),酒店對面還有溫泉設施,氣氛放鬆清淨 離宇都宮市中心半小時車程,大谷資料館10分鐘車程,自駕的話尚算方便,酒店門口就有泊車位

洗面の高さが少し高いかなと感じました。 全体的に清潔感もあり、今まで宿泊したホテルの中でも評価は高いです。

It was a nice hotel. Airy and well designed. But there was no cafe available for breakfast .The location is a bit far from the main city area.

とても清潔な部屋でゆっくり過ごす事ができました 二人での宿泊だったので、横長のソファがベット脇にあり移動スペースがなかったので一人用の椅子があればなお良かった

とても綺麗で快適でした。 ロビー横にはコーヒー、味噌汁、お茶等が自由にいただけるサービスもありました。 部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすく、また泊まりたいと思います。

Room layout was great. The fresh can of mineral water each day was a nice touch. The staff are well trained. Cleanliness was great!! All around, it was a great stay.

Tolles Hotel! Die Lage ist super, um Nikko und Utsunomiya per Auto zu erkunden. Die Einrichtung wirkt sehr stilvoll und wertig. Das Zimmer ist für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß und die Idee, das Badezimmer via Schiebewände bei Bedarf offen zu gestalten, ist sehr clever. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem. Es gibt Waschmaschine & Trockner sowie eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Küche samt Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby.

I can’t say enough good about the place. I ended up in the wrong beach of the hotel and one of the staff drove me and my husband to the correct location . On her own time
