交通不便、房間濕氣重有異味、清晨港口噪音

泊車每日700yen, 不過隔左個family mart, 同埋前台要上9樓，今次比左5樓房間我，方便，因為行出門口幾步路就係洗衣房，2樓浴場24小時開放，每日11am至3pm係清潔時間。 離三宮站幾分鐘車程，自駕的話這間其實是不錯的選擇。 住了4晚，沒有遇到香港/中國/台灣人，9成日本人

自駕過來是方便的，但周圍只有一家便利店。最差的地方是房間有異味。

交通方便，離關西空港、神戶空港、神戶三宮很方便，飯店設計復古又時髦，浴場24小時不間斷開放真的很棒，服務人員態度親切，下次來神戶還是會選這間！

サウナ、屋上

全てにおいて凄く良かったです。

Decently spacious room with a king bed. The public bath is also well equipped and open late, accessed by room key, and there is a Family Mart on the ground floor. We had something the next day on Port Island so the location of the hotel was very convenient.

スパの清潔感があまりないように感じた 葉っぱみたいなのが結構落ちていたり 自分が座った洗い場はボディソープなったりと微妙だった 部屋はとてもよかったので今度は朝食付きで泊まってみたい

最上階のレストラン&バーは夜景・朝食・スタッフサービス・メニュー全てよくて神戸の穴場です。 一方、期待したスパは、女性用はサウナはスチームではなくドライで小さく、水風呂なし、炭酸泉は炭酸はなく29.9度という中途半端な温度。ジェットバス等はなく、洗い場も狭くて残念でした。 男性用のスパは設備が揃っていたものの、タトゥーを入れたグループが入浴されていたのでリラックスできなかったとのこと、不運でした。

客室は綺麗だし、スタッフの接客も気持ちが良かった。 屋上があり、屋上からの夜景がとても綺麗だった。 隣にコンビニがあるのは良いが、それ以外に周りにお店がないので要注意。 素泊まりの為、食事についてはわかりませんが、快適に滞在できた。

While the immediate area around the hotel is ... industrial, there is a Family Mart right next to it, and easy access to the Portliner to get into Kobe proper. The spa/onsen in the hotel was superb.

お風呂好きなので　24時間入れる 大浴場は最高でした

スタッフさん達は皆さん対応が良かったです。 ただ、周りに飲食店が無さすぎて困りました。

ダブルルームに夫婦で2泊。部屋は狭めな印象。床はカーペットではなく、硬めのクッションフロア。清掃しやすそうなので部屋の清潔感はある。 初日の夕食はレストランでアラカルト。景色がよく、料理は概ね美味しかったけれど、「和牛のタリアータって、あんな中途半端な温度の料理なの？」という感じ。予約なしだったからかな？ 大浴場は快適。ただし妻は、洗い場が少ないと。 屋上が開放されて、神戸の夜景を楽しめた。 客層は悪くない印象だったが、夜中に上階から、ドンドン！ギュギュー！という大きな騒音で目が覚める（ベッドを引き摺ったり移動させるような音）。 総じて綺麗で快適で、スタッフの接客も良好ながら、施設がややコンパクトな印象。

This property is far from everything. There is a family Mart right next to it, but if there isn’t anything else around it, you have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the subway. The Bayview was OK. The only thing what was bad is that there’s a trucking school right next-door and they have a super bright lights on until about 10:11 o’clock every night And then they start up again at 8 o’clock in the morning. I’ve been in Japan almost 2 weeks and when I wanted to check in early, it was always super cheap. This place wanted to charge $93 to check in early which was way expensive. I did not have the breakfast buffet I did go for dinner one night and what they don’t tell you is that they charge you. I think it was ¥300 not a lot but still they don’t tell you that they charge you this service charge of ¥300 and for that you get some cheese That I thought was pretty little sneaky. There’s no traditional spa there they do have a rooftop which gives you a beautiful view and everybody that works there is super nice. I would just never go back to this hotel. It’s kind of inconvenient the location.
