The room is bigger than some other hotel！

Spacious and conveniently located.

Great. Clean big room and bathroom

Great hotel. Unfortunately, had a refresh which resulted in only new towels and a missing bag wuth a brand new shirt from Cabona's. Staff did try to help us find it znd even went through garbage. Based on its weight and the tissue paper and receipt showing that it was thrown out.

I booked a double queen months prior. Upon arrival they told me they didn’t have any double queens available because lots of people took them earlier in the day. Even though I booked the reservation months prior. So we had to take a king room and one slept on the couch. Buyer beware you may not get what you reserved months prior and paid for.

Pros: Hotel staff were great, very friendly and very helpful (even when the entire hotel lost power). Breakfast was complimentary and pretty good. Cons: Check in was very slow. Fire alarm in the middle of the room directly over one of the queen beds with a constant bright flashing light. Substantially better rates when not booked direct with Marriott but no Bonvoy points for stay.

The area was great and so was the hotel. Until we went and asked why our room had never been serviced. They said we declined the room service, daily cleaning and linen refills, during our booking. I was never given this option. Heck, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that as an option in any booking I’ve done. They did return the parking charge as a, “Sorry about that”, something to make up for that issue.

The room was good! was just a little bit disappointed because there was no utensils in the room, we called and asked for spoon & fork, and we weren’t provided toothbrush and toothpaste too.
