Clean room. Newer hotel. TV’s didn’t work in any of the rooms. Front desk check in person was lazy. Asked for extra towels on check in and don’t receive any items until we called the front desk the next morning

Very courteous staff.

The staff were very friendly and they accommodated Balloon Fiesta goers with breakfast to-go bags including a small balloon souvenir. It was a really nice touch! We also got complimentary water bottles when needed.

We had a great experience here. The location was very convenient, especially with the Starbucks and restaurant within walking distance.

A refreshing place to come to after a day of travel or work. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful kitchenette, local tavern across the street for dinner, some very nice breakfast options as part of the stay. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft, absolutely comfortable (and I am hard to please when it comes to mattresses).

The person at the desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The only issues were an elevator out of service and the pool was closed. There was a nice grassy area for our dog.

We reserved 1 bedroom and requested to get the room close to exit or lower level because we had a dog traveling with us. When we checked in, the staff was nice and we got a room based on our request. The room was great with kitchenette and cool AC. Gym room was great as well and also good breakfast. Outside near parking lot area, we could walk our dog. We recommend this hotel

The staff were very friendly and always had an excellent attitude. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, they were excellent. I'm all my travels, they were some of the best.

Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The pool closed at 10 which was great for the little ones.

The staff were ALL very kind and considerate. The facility is very well maintained. We’ve stayed here once a year since it opened and it hasn’t changed a bit. Great location with good food close by. Safe and secure area with tribal security patrolling visibly. Love this place!

Kindest front desk staff, cleaning staff and even maintenance guy! This was a last second trip with my children and everyone made this experience much more fun for them. Can’t wait to come back.

No issues with our stay; a little strange that the water in the shower wouldn't get more than just "warm" but it was an ADA room and perhaps that is a safety consideration even thought we hadn't requested it. Other than that, great place, great room, great location for us. Fantastic stay. A very quiet place.
