Loved staying here! The lady working the front desk was so polite, and assisted in getting me checked in early. The hotel was very clean!

This is a nicely located hotel for the downtown area, Being right next to the third ward, you are less than a half mile from tons of restaurants bars and other places. We stayed during Summerfest and it was less than a mile from that too. Parking there is 28 bucks a day, so try and find something cheaper. Milwaukee has about 200 parking lots downtown and they all charge differently. The TRU side of the building is strictly average hotel rooms, but will run you about 50-100 a night less than the Home2Suites on the other side (which provides kitchenettes with the room. You do need to request room service, but the big points here are for the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and that goes a long way towards making a stay decent. The "free breakfast" is about what you would expect for "free" so maybe go 500 feet to one of three other places for a better option if you are willing to pay a bit. No bar onsite, but again plenty of great options within 1000 feet. We would certainly stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay

This hotel did not have the ammenities we expect at this price point. No coffee in room, no microwave, frig didnt work, shower curtain was too short so floor got flooded when you used the walk in shower, difficult to use heating/cooling system, and inexpensive appearing furnishings.Was clean and common areas were ok.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and pleasant room. Used 411 E Wisconsin self park a block away to avoid valet fees

It’s like you decorated the rooms for $100 at Walmart or IKEA. Everything in the hotel was cheap plastic. The egg bites were like hockey pucks. I can’t believe this is related to Hilton.

Clean hotel with helpful staff, close to the American Family Amphitheater.

The hotel was a nice and clean hotel. The staff were amazing. Breakfast is very solid. Only complaint I have, is the pillows are horrible!

They have bottles in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. But they don’t check to make sure they are filled. The body wash bottle was completely empty. And there was hair on the shower floor.

Very clean and pretty hotel, enjoyed the fireplace outside and the up to date rooms.

It is close to the freeway which makes it easy to get to my room on that side got some traffic noise. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay. Good breakfast options and in walking distance of many great restaurants in downtown

Great location, property was very clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. Also, the AC was very loud every time it kicked on and was hard to fall asleep.

Very nice rooms and great service from the employees. All around a great stay!

Compared to the prices of the other hotels downtown, the cost is pretty reasonable. Lobby is unique and fun. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Loved the valet parking! Clean, convenient….
