The property is one floor at the top of the building and the elevator is shared with a residential property that does not have sufficient security in my opinion. The restaurant on the Hotel Floor is EXCELLENT and the staff are helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. The restaurant is exceptional, with sweeping views of the whole city. I cannot stress enough how excellent the restaurant is. However, as with many places in this region, smoking is allowed inside at restaurants, and the hotel rooms being on the same floor as the restaurant means that the rooms smell of cigarette smoke CONSTANTLY. If cigarettes bother you, DO NOT STAY HERE. If you don’t mind cigarettes and want access to an excellent restaurant/bar, this is the place for you. Excellent staff, convenient location, great restaurant, but the security and smoke smells were concerns for me as a guest.

From the moment of booking, they contacted us to make sure that we were well-informed and they were wonderfully hospitable. I don't know much about standard Kosovo accommodations, but I can't imagine them being much better than this! I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Great breakfast too with an even better view!
