位置適中，鄰近商場酒店有相連通道過去，非常方便，前枱服務員有禮貌，房間整體清潔很滿意，床褥軟硬適中非常舒服

Room lighting is not good. No hanging facilities for clothes and towels in bathroom

Spa is cheating. Don’t go there. The staff didn’t tell me the extra price for the hip in the room. The staff only asked me “Do you want to massage the hip?” and didn’t tell me that I needed to pay. When I checked the bill, it’s RMB2,208, not RMB1,092.

The best experience of Inter Continental so far in all aspects, especially in service attitude and room cleanliness. I’d say it’s even much better the one in Seoul Inter Continental Grand Seoul Parma’s.

I always enjoy my stay at DG Intercontinental hotel.

Family trip. The room was clean, staff are friendly. Ordering from the bar the service can be a little slow. My child enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast each morning.
