Location is great. The stairs are too steep even if you don't carry heavy luggage.

The hotel location was great near Central Station. My main complaint was I was unexpectedly charged a tourist tax around eu 26 that wasn't written on my confirmation. They require a deposit even though my room paid already paid. They refuse to use my card for deposit, forcing them to give them eu 150 cash. Furthermore, during my check out, there was an issue with their safe deposit, resulting in a delay of approximately 40 minutes before I could receive back my deposit. This whole experience was inconvenient and frustrating.

Great hotel and great location.
