酒店设施不错，但街上的噪音太大，我们根本无法入睡。当时是周末，我们住在一楼，房间隔音效果很差。我们付了两晚的房费，但第一晚之后就不得不离开了，因为实在睡不着。我们要求换房或者退还第二晚的房费，但他们非常客气地拒绝了。

Originalmente hice una reservación para 3 noches, pero cuando recibí el correo de confirmación, aparecía solamente 1 noche por el mismo precio. El proceso de check-in fue completamente virtual y no había nadie en recepción para ayudar con absolutamente nada. Sin atención al cliente, sin ayuda y sin soporte. Cuando entré a la habitación, estaba extremadamente caliente porque no tenía aire acondicionado adecuado. Ni siquiera había agua para beber en la habitación. Las condiciones generales y la experiencia fueron inaceptables. Me sentí engañada y muy mal atendida como huésped. Toda la experiencia fue estresante, decepcionante y muy poco profesional. Totalmente insatisfecha con el servicio y con la manera en que manejaron la situación. English Absolutely terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I originally booked what was supposed to be a 3-night stay, but after receiving the confirmation email, it suddenly showed only 1 night for almost the same price. The check-in process was completely virtual and there was nobody available at the front desk to assist with anything. No customer service, no help, no support. When I entered the room, it was extremely hot because there was no proper air conditioning. There was not even water available in the room. The overall condition and experience were unacceptable. I felt completely misled and very poorly treated as a guest. The entire experience was stressful, disappointing, and unprofessional. Completely dissatisfied with the service and handling of the situation.

这家酒店非常可爱，地理位置绝佳，就在老城区码头旁边。员工非常友好，房间装饰也很漂亮。床很舒服，淋浴也很好用，性价比很高。 我唯一觉得不足的是，双人床上只有两个比较薄的枕头，而且我在衣柜里发现了一只别人穿过的袜子，所以清洁方面还可以做得更细致一些（不过总体来说房间还算干净）。房间里要是能有咖啡机就更好了。

酒店位置非常中心。房间干净整洁，前台接待员路易斯非常友好，给了我们很多关于景点和餐厅的好建议。由于这家酒店下午4点就关门了，我们可以把行李寄存在同一连锁的另一家酒店。我们的航班是晚上11点，所以可以安心地享受这一天，不用担心行李的问题。
