Surfaces like the desk and counter in the room were not wiped down because there were leftover crumbs from the previous guest. Super friendly staff.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning. Couple of things: The bathroom lacked bodywash (the bodywash bottle was empty) and there was no hand wash soap. Adding a self parking will enhance customer experience.

Chose this hotel since we were attending a concert right across the street at City Winery. So obviously a fantastic location. ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Used the valet services which was also fantastic. Room essentially had a full kitchen so this would work perfect for a longer stay. Free breakfast was ok….good if you’re in a hurry. If not, a brunch place would be a better option. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was nice, the hotel was clean, the staff was super kind. We stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping was suppose to come to our room every other night but they didn't come even when the front desk put them on their schedule for the next day. Not a big deal, I just went to the desk when we needed more towels and toilet paper, and when they came the room to deliver they were always very kind. Could have been miscommuniation. Their breakfast was always awesome!

Overall, my experience at the Element was satisfactory. I appreciated the convenient location, close to various dining options and activities. However, the cleanliness was below expectations; our room had remnants of old food and dirty dishes from previous guests. Despite requesting housekeeping service over the course of two days, my room was not cleaned until the third day. Additionally, during interactions with the housekeepers, a younger staff member was quite combative, asking whether the room was ours and then snatched my keycard from my hand to verify. The older housekeeper attempted to address the situation, but the younger staff member was unresponsive. Overall, this left a somewhat negative impression of the establishment. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my experience as a 7. I will add that T.Y. at the front desk was exceptional at taking care of my family and concerns!

It was beautiful

The hotel was small but nice. My only gripe is the pool seemed a bit dirty but we still enjoyed it, with a quick shower after. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They turned us onto “The Foundry” right across the street which was a super cool spot.

We were extremely pleased with the location of this property. It's right across from an awesome shopping plaza and food hall that features so many different food options. We were able to walk over easily with our kids for a dinner one night. The Alamo Drafthouse is there too if you want. It's super close to so many fun activites like the Arch, different museums, the zoo, etc. The hotel is nice and clean, all of the staff were wonderful and welcoming. I specifically want to shout out Colisha (sp?) Who was very helping during breakfast both mornings. She helped me wrap up food to take upstairs and was super friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only things we didn't like were that there were no chairs to sit on to eat, and the AC blows right on your face in the bedroom, so that was pretty obnoxious. Parking valet was a little inconvenient but they were quick as they could be. Our boys enjoyed the pool and overall it was a pleasant stay. I wish I had booked an extra night but unfortunately couldn't change the reservation through expedia without it costing a lot more than we wanted to spend. We'd definitely stay here again!

Pretty nice hotel. The lobby was nice. Good sitting area. The outside patio was tight too. The breakfast was fire. The staff was pretty friendly. The bed was my favorite part. Soooooo comfortable.

We loved that the property has valet, kids loved the indoor pool since the weather wasnt perfect. Staff was AMAZING, we were on a road trip from south Mississippi and this was the second hotel we stayed in and it was 10 times better than the first. Breakfast was also AMAZING my husband who is usually never impressed coulnt stop talking about the avocado toast and eggs. When we plan another trip back we will be booking here again!!!

Comfortable beds. Really..I usually don't int sleep first night anywhere..i did in there.. Nice front desk people. Complementary coffee in the lobby. Great breakfast as well.

I will start with our cons of this property: We attempted to check in at 2:15pm which we realized was early so understood why room not ready yet. We walked around which was fun to do as the public market is across the street. We came back at 3;30 and still no room so we ventured back to kill time. Again, great area so no complaints other than a tired and complaining little boy in tow. I was told I would be contacted

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. It’s great for our large family and that the room we had a cooktop available is awesome!

Second time staying at an Element Hotel and we were not disappointed. Rooms very spacious, clean and modern. Healthy breakfast provided along with free wine and beer for happy hour in the evenings. Will stay again!

Beautiful hotel with professional and friendly staff. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious with a variety of food choices. Within 10minutes to the majority of the activities we went to. Our room was nice, big enough for our family of 6. Only complaint was housekeeping didn’t tidy up our room, I had to ask for our garbage to be taken out.

Hotel is ok, they make you valet your car even though there is a massive parking lot that is never filled around the hotel. Housekeeping was non-existent even after asking about their policies. We were told it was an every-other-day refresh. We didn't see a refresh whatsoever during 4 days and had to constantly track someone down for new towels or sheets for the fold out bed.

Expedia confirmed me into this hotel….. got there it was booked solid …. No room for me and I received an Expedia confirmation….. I’m calling the district attorney my friend

Once again great stay! We love the convenience to SLU and entertainment venues. Will book here again!
