Overall good, room is small but comfy…. Except for I requested for a connecting room and they unable to arrange. Would suggest in future, the hotel to communicate with their customers directly via email etc., if not able to accommodate any request upfront instead of to tell when check in. My friend enjoyed the Onsen. Thank you

To small and the service to late and very bad hospitality even check in to noisy and complicated also very late not understand why the security sistem not make sense for self service check in.
