The staff were polite and very helpful.

I thought the property was brand new but it’s five years old! Huge room.

If you plan the trip to Gujo Hachiman this is a must stay place. Make sure to plan ahead of the public transport times as the trains to the hotel are not frequent. If you can this is an amazing place

Absolutely beautiful area and hotel. There is free coffee in the lobby and free parking as well. There are convenience stores within 10 minutes of the hotel and the Onsen is amazing

The scenery was beautiful and it’s the perfect place to get away from the city

Beautiful hotel and nice beds. Other than that nothing. No breakfast or any amenities, wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Awesome amenities. Loved the shared kitchen facilities, ice machine, microwave, toaster, lounge area. Convenient location to tourist attractions. Excellent restaurant and shops within a couple minutes walking.

The shopping area there are local shop and food.

Nice hotel for stopover, all facilities are good , and staffs are friendly.

Will definitely visit again!

Very friendly and helpfup staff. Excellent hotel with a very comfy bed and a very good shower. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

スタンダードルームでしたが狭すぎずとても静かで良かったです。 トイレも洗面も文句なくきれいでした。クレームのつもりは無いのですが、ハンドソープが洗面から遠くてボトボトこぼしました。すみません。 床が絨毯でないのが清潔感があって良かったです。木目調の柔らかい素材で歩きやすかった。 また他の場所でも利用したいと思いました。 その時はぜひテレビでYouTubeがみられると嬉しいです。

舒適，房間夠大。特別岩滑雪用，有乾燥房烘乾滑雪裝備

何度か利用させてもらっていますが、今回もとても快適に過ごせました。
