Clean and great establishment, beautiful views from the rooms definitely recommend

Good for shot business trip

I enjoyed my stay at UTOP. My room was practically a spacious two bedroom apartment. UTOP provided several amenities enabling a comfortable atmosphere. I would book again.

Friendly cooperative staff, modern clean room.

Excellent modern property. Even though the room was small, they did an excellent job fitting everything into the space with plenty of storage, kitchen, sink, large fridge, closet, etc. all modern equipment. Bidet was better than most hotels. No complain in functionality despite the small space. The only complains are: (1) noise insulation, can hear neighbors (2) heated floor seemed to take temperature above thermostat temperature, we had to turn on the AC

Area is quiet except for military jets flying overhead close to restaurants, transportation and offices has a lot of bars if your into that overall great rates. No freebies need to purchase them

Staff members were very kind and helped guests a lot

We left after the first night of our three night booking. Although the room was clean, the bed was a small double with a terrible quality mattress. Both my partner and I woke complaining of a bad back.

One of the best hotel rooms ever. Basically a small apartment. Comfortable beds, fridge, two bedrooms and living space. Wish I could stay longer.

The space was large as desired for a family stay and quiet. Exceeded expectations.

Service was great and friendly. Buffet was good too. Area in a busy night district.

New construction. Modern. Has a washing machine. Ask for drying rack for wet clothes. They brought one up for us. Large fridge with freezer. Kitchen with pots, pans, utensils etc. Used it as base to travel to beosong tea plantation and Mudongsan National Park.
