良い部屋でした。思っていたよりは狭かった。

大人3名子供3名の家族で利用させていただきました。子供達がのびのびとできましたし、設備なども充実していてとても快適でした。

スタッフは居ません 品川駅からは遠く 分かりづらいけど綺麗でした。

Clean, convenient, loved the extra towels. Microwave, stove, kitchenware and fridge was a nice touch.

部屋は清潔で、設備もよく最高。 ただ、残念なのは空調。 部屋が乾燥しきっていて、暖房をつけると乾燥が激しい。 また、布団がかなりうすいので、暖房をつけないと寝れない。このため夜は乾燥が激しかった。 これ以外は全く問題なし

If you are looking for a more localized location that is quiet, and convenient to two metro stations, you will not be disappointed. This studio was perfect for a family of four. The shower was amazing… I wish we had water pressure like this in the US.

Great location in a calm family neighborhood, close to transit and HND airport. Very good size for a family.

少しお風呂のお湯の温度がなかなか上がらなかったと思いました。シャワーの温度ですね。それだけがちょっとマイナスな面かなと思いました。後は全然きれいで大丈夫です

◼︎良かった点 ハンガーは多く、小物を干せるハンガーも用意されていました。 浴室乾燥を使い、夜中に洗濯物を干して朝にはしっかり乾いていました。 冷蔵庫は十分冷えました。製氷皿で氷も問題なく作れました。 食器類、タオル、バスタオル、寝巻が十分な量用意されていた。 1フロア1部屋のため他を気にすることなく過ごせました。 コンセントが色々なところにあり、USB差し込み口(TYPE-A)も付いていたため便利でした。 アイロンとアイロン台が用意されていました。 ◼︎悪かった点 チェックイン操作に時間がかかるが、エアコンが付いておらず蒸し風呂状態でタブレット操作が必要でした。 二段ベッド上段の下面にガムテープが貼ってあり使って壊れないか不安になった。 IH上の換気扇ランプ、二段ベッド下段のランプが点きませんでした。 大きいスプーンはあるが、ティースプーンはありませんでした。 洗濯機はあるが、洗剤が30L用が1つ用意されているだけでした。洗濯機サイズからすると、1回分2つ×泊数分あって良いと思います。 ゴミ箱が一つしかなく不便に感じました。せめて洗面所には1つ欲しいところ。 ◼︎その他 3泊したが、その間清掃は入りませんでした。 スタッフが入らないからか、セキュリティボックスはありませんでした。 公式HPに記載のコインパーキングは潰れていましたが、他にもコインパーキングがたくさんあり問題ありませんでした。但し私が利用したパーキングは利用が48時間以内限定のため、事前連絡が必要でした。

The location of the apartment was excellent, close to 2 train stations and lists of dinning options. Also there are 3 grocery stores within 1 block, super convenient. The place is very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely come back here

Great location!

Pros: cleanliness of the room, extra supplies in the lobby in case you need it, laundry in the room, and the layout of the room. There is no staff on site but there is an easy check in and check out process. Would recommend and come back.
