Our room was very clean and tidy. Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Free.parking on-site. I just can't fault this place, and it is our new B&B of choice whenever we are in this area

Peter & Gerry were the most nicest people you would wish to meet , nothing was too much trouble & breakfast was to die for , can expect a return from us

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay room was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4, Breakfast excellent good choice of food and very well located in between the main 2 beach's. Hosts were fantastic and very helpful.

Very nice, clean, compact double room with a sea view from the bay window. Bed was really comfortable. Full English breakfast was very nice too. Owner greeted us and was helpful and friendly. Free parking onsite. This B&B is a short walking distance from Paignton seafront, the Harbour, Goodrington sands, a dog friendly park, lots of pubs, cafe, restaurants etc. Overall very impressed and would recommend.
