多人住宿非常好 ! 周遭機能方便又離地鐵超級近，床舖很好睡，缺點就是有點霉味和洗澡的地方只有一個，洗澡時間會拉很長.. 其他都很好，洗髮精等備品也充足! 但由於飯店不會主動打掃，毛巾部分需要自己保存好並曬乾

Very good for family trip, washing machine and laundry racks was great help. Prompt reply for our needs, staff was friendly, happy stay

房間非常大，方便一家大細，價格超值， 交通非常方便，在地下鐵站上面，附近有木津市場和黑門巿場

房間寬敞和整潔。有些煮食用具可以做簡單煮食，非常方便。

這是給人數多的房間，但是很多備品都不太夠，甚至垃圾袋也只給一個，想要打掃房間也沒有抹布之類的，想必選擇這間酒店式會比其他飯店的原因是可以下廚，但許多備品都給的不充足。

Great stay overall. Room is very big (for Japan standard) and clean, with plenty of amenities. It got a kitchen completed with plates, bowls, cutleries, fridge and microwave. Beds are big and very comfortable. The hotel also got a washing machine, so its perfect for extended stay. Staffs are also very friendly. Location wise, it's only 10 steps away from train station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Tsutenkaku Tower and Tennoji Zoo are also a huge plus for us. One thing to take note of; every once in a while, you can (faintly) feel vibrations from trains passing below the hotel. It doesn't bother me and my family at all. If we ever come to Osaka again, we will DEFINITELY stay in this hotel again. 9.5/10

優點 1. 有簡易廚房和餐具很方便 2. 房間乾淨有加濕器，睡眠品質加分 3. 床和枕頭都很舒服 4. 出地鐵站五秒到飯店 5. 生活機能佳 6. 員工語言素質高，溝通無障礙 缺點 1. check in 時後面的客人拿到跟我房間一樣號碼跟密碼，導致在房間內時門突然被打開 2. 兩人住四晚只有兩組盥洗包六條毛巾，牙膏明顯不夠用 3. 隔音不好，就算不開窗路上車聲也會從通風口傳入 4. 房間光線不好，燈全開還是不夠明亮，最後一晚整理行李時有點不方便 5. 冰箱冷凍庫結霜

我們6人住宿 房間很大 房間乾淨 自助退房 對這次住宿十分滿意 地點方便 在惠美須町駅1b出口右邊不到5米就到了 在通天閣和日本橋中間 購物很方便 大阪住宿首選之一

There is only 1 bathroom and therefore it’s not convenient for big group of people

La habitacion muy amplia el espacio supero mis expectativas, llegamos un poco tarde despues de las 22 y ya debe hacer.uno su propio check in pero todo sencillo

Excellent location and nearby so many shops and restaurants! Staff was very kind and efficient. Would love to stay again!

Amazingly enormous suite with big comfy beds and a giant tv in the living room. It is a little dark, but we loved it as a home base for the crew! Clean spaces and helpful staff (limited hours) Not a fancy place by any means, but for the money you spend!!!! Great place for a group!
