too noisy stay for few days , no replinshment for bed sheet and towels ( unless additional charge)

住宿環境很乾淨（特別是旅館的毛巾令人印象深刻，一般民宿的毛巾常比較陳舊，但這間旅館的毛巾清潔得很乾淨，宛如全新的），周遭環境也很安靜。旅館在小巷子裡，不過如果有開車的話停車很方便，就在旅館對面有一小片空地可停車，收費600日圓/天。旅館老闆娘說中文，很親切。隔天想去餐廳用餐，請老闆娘幫忙訂位，老闆娘幫忙打了好幾通電話。入住當天有比較大的房間，老闆娘直接幫我們換到大房間，沒有額外收費。

We stayed here 1 night for easy access to Nintendo Museum. Check in is 4pm and our reservation was 4.30, so we were worried it'd be a bit tight. We let the host know and the team were great at getting us checked in quickly and smoothly and set up for our museum trip. Honestly we're a bit sad we only stayed 1 night! It feels like staying in someone's house and the local neighborhood is quiet but still has restaurants and shops nearby. Walking along the canal in the morning we had a lovely chat with a local. Wish we'd stayed more than 1 night so that we could get a feel for Ogura, which is close to Kyoto and Osaka, but still feels like staying where people live. Lovely little find this!

清潔な客室だった。

Lo staff è davvero gentilissimo, anche se non è localizzata nel vero e proprio centro di Kyoto la consiglierei a chiunque per la gentilezza del personale, i servizi offerti e per dormire in una struttura tipica giapponese!

We enjoyed the large traditional Japanese room, comfortable futon beds, and the nice conversations with the owners. It's on a little street conveniently located 10 mins from Ogura station. Clean room, friendly staff, reliable WiFi, etc. Ticked all the boxes.

Owners and staff were extremely helpful, especially when using the luggage forwarding. Use of common area is perfect for buying groceries and making own food ( There is a 24 hr grocery store nearby). The rooms are beautiful, abeit the walls are thin. it does not deter from staying here and would recommend for anyone wanting the old feel with updated features.It is also conveniently close to 2 train stations. which makes transit relatively easy.

Are you kidding ? 12000 yen charged for such a small space ? I will never comeback ! I guess Kyoto is a tourism polluted place which customers like me getting overcharged

Wonderful mix of traditional and modern, traditional decor/modern amenities. Quiet and walkable location. Friendly and helpful staff. Just wonderful!

The rooms were exactly as described. The inn was cozy and the proprietor was very kind. I will definitely be booking here again if/when I return to the Nintendo museum.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I really like the host. She gave me a lot of helps and suggestions, and I had a great stay in Uji.

Uji Tea Inn, was a genuine experience of staying in a ryokan home. The receptionist Kassawa was very welcoming and helpful. Place was very clean. Although a little far from Kyoto centre, the area was quiet and safe.

Propre. Cela semblait être chez quelqu’un. Nous avions un peu l’impression de déranger. Sinon, bien pour le prix.

It's an inn. Service was great even when we came too early for check in. We had to wait for someone to come by to help us with our luggage before we checked in. That was great. We got to explore Kyoto for a bit before we settled into our room. Nice and clean. Loved our first experience in a tatami mat sleeping area. Bathroom was amazing even though there is no soaking tub. Shower was fantastic. Far walk from subway if you have heavy luggage to roll and lug behind you. If that is not an issue, then you are good to stay here. The place had an old charm to it, but the room you may stay in is new and beautiful.

初めて2階に泊まりましたが、隣の音が気になりました。

Property owners are very nice. Showed me the entire inn. Answered all my questions. The bathrooms and beds were very clean. Kitchen was spotless. Would stay there again.

近くにお茶屋さんが立ち並ぶ静かで穏やかな所です　お隣に椋の木の鎮守さまがあり翌朝お参りしました　宿のスタッフの皆さんはとても感じもよく、近辺のお店の場所などを丁寧に教えて下さり感謝です　こじんまりとした中でも館内はお洒落でお部屋も清潔な上、１人でも充分ゆったり過ごせましたが、ただ浴衣などは置いてありませんので必要な方は持参された方が良いかと思います　それ以外は気持ちのよい一時を頂けました
