Es buen lugar estando dentro del departamento o bungalow es cómodo, pero me sentí fraudeado en el aspecto que decía una tina hidromasajes y no lo había y además decía la reservación vista al jardín y tenía vista al estacionamiento. El lugar está descuidado pero la habitación es cómoda, eso tengo que reconocer. Si tú intención es ir a dormir para hacer otras actividades te lo recomiendo, pero si quieres pasarla bien el complejo no te lo recomiendo, no hay cosas que hacer ahí y está feo.

Suite en torre de condominio. El condominio tiene 4 torres en obra. Las areas comunes desordenadas y sucias. Fallas en la siute, contactos, ventiladores y otras instalaciones que no funcionan.

Pool was great, nice ranchero area with chairs/loungers. Great location, close to bakery, butcher, markets, groceries, restaurants, Beds not that comfortable but I have bad back, staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi 👍, tv, functional kitchen walkways uneven and unkept, gated complex.

Room was in good condition. Generally inhospitable. Check in instructions sent day of travel while in airplane mode. Arrived to find office closed requiring whatsapp Finally got in and received only one set of keys Told to copy them if I wanted more. Inquiries to WhatsApp returned days later or not at all Just prepare to take care of yourself. Otherwise quiet and clean

Chambre et equipement

Rooms reasonably clean. Our kitchen was lacking in knives for cutting and chopping food. Beds were comfy towels are getting old and wornout. Rooms are not cleaned daily and if you want bed linnen changed have to pay extra for that or take sheets to cleaning ladies and get new ones and do yourself. Pool was very nice. For the price for a 2 bedroom apartment can not complain too much.

This place was terrible. No one to give you towels or extra toilet paper. The hotel is run down and looks terrible. Don’t stay.

Limpio, estacionamiento frente al condominio, y todos muy amigables !!! Volveremos otra vez . Muy recomendable. Muy cercano a la playas

We stayed here twice and had a great stay both times. Location, location, location - the apartments are close to everything needed for a great vacation. I'd just suggest that visitors bring dish washing materials and coffee filters (basket) if you want to make coffee. Comfy beds, fantastic pool and really wonderful staff. We hope to stay here again.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful

Even though we had purchased a two bedroom suite to fit our family of 5, there were only two towels, no soap for washing dishes in the kitchen sink, no trash bags for collecting trash (which the manager told us we need to do and dispose of ourselves). The couch with pull out bed was very dirty, old, and worn to the point that the staff had covered the couch with a sheet before we got there to hide it. The back door to the patio was broken, the shower drain didn't drain well. When we used the shower, we were standing in 3 inches of water the whole time. The room, especially the fridge had a really odd smell which wasn't pleasant to be in at all. The best thing about this place is that the pool was very nice, and the garden area around the pool was pretty well maintained. The buildings overall need a lot of updates and care. We came during the rainy season (mid October) and we were happy with the pool condition even after it rained with so many trees around. However we would hesitate to stay here again especially during the rainy season because the sewer line on the street outside the hotel was overflowing and flowing into the street which made the whole area stink really bad. That's something that the hotel management may not be able to fix since it's outside of their property. The staff wasn't available in the evenings to help with anything. It's more run like an AirBnb vs. a regular hotel. There's not staff on site 24-7.

Los edificios de a lado estaban tenebrosos

Muy sucio todo desde el sillón las paredes y la alberca demasiado teriorada insegura para bañarse porque se lastimaba al momento de meterse a la alberca ( mosaicos sueltos) la limpieza es extra en caso que lo necesites

En general todo bien con el hotel, cumple con su función. Es muy cómodo. La persona encargada está al pendiente. Le falta algo de mantenimiento a la alberca y al edificio. Hay muchos lugares para comer por la zona

En general todo muy cómodo, la ubicación es excelente, el servicio es bueno, como sugerencia lo único que si aconsejaría es dar mantenimiento a la alberca.

El hotel no es lo que pinta ser, las fotos son realmente antiguas y el lugar donde se encuentra está en muy mal estado en general, las habitaciones y el hotel en general da la idea de ser un edificio abandonado. La experiencia con el personal del hotel fue mala, hay solo dos personas llevando el hotel y en varias ocasiones dejaron cerrada la recepción. No es recomendable... Es mejor buscar otra opción en un mismo rango de precios.
