This location was a great, clean building with convenient in-suite laundry and fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect and in walking distance for my 2-week artist residency. Great vintage shops and close to the metro. Bonus points for having that awesome cafe/bakery Toledo attached. Would rent again!

Logement très bien situé dans un quartier agréable. Nous avons été très bien tenu au courant des modalités d'arrivée et de départ, et la bagagerie était très pratique. Grand, très bien équipé, fortement recommandé !

This place is unique due to it be more than a hotel room. You have your own kitchen but if you have no interest in cooking there are dozens of delicious restaurants to choose from. My bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve been in and it was clean And wonderful.

Nice location if you want to tour around Mont Royal. Train station is a block away. The studio we got had everything we needed and was super quiet. Would stay here again!

The property was clean and spacious. Appliances worked well. The walls are paper-thin and all TV and talking noise in neighboring rooms was disruptive. There was tea but no kettle. Cookware but no oil. A tad limited in reaching the full potential.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, près de tout. Le stationnement a été faciel à toruver pour tous le week-end. L'appartement nécessiterait un bon nettoyage en profondeur ou une couche de peinture pour nettoyer les murs tachés et les meubles abimées nécessiteraient d'être remplacés ou réparés... Malgré tout, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjouer et je n'hésiterais pas à recommandé ou y retourner.

Good property and room, in a great area.

Having not stayed at a Sonder property before, I didn’t know what to expect. I was delighted to find an extremely clean and very spacious apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I could want. The bed was a comfortable king-sized bed! The appliances, including a washer and dryer were brand new. The apartment was quiet and the entry areas were well maintained. Excellent security system using a digital pass number. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

It was ok but no phone in the room or reception area to talk about hotel needs.

This place is a gem! Great little suite, close to the metro and to shopping and cafes.

Loved my stay.

Although the location is great - beware the 'disclaimer' that the units are 'prone' to noise. Although the building may have been an old printing factory they should have updated the windows when they made it a place to sleep. You are greeted upon arrival with earplugs and a white noise machine in both bedrooms which do basically cover the street noise, but both nights of my stay I was kept awake from  330-530 am by something like laundry machines on their spin cycle. Maybe the hotel has their own laundry in the unit above me? Who knows, but the hotel was completely unfazed - and told me about the noise 'disclaimer' - I think potential guests should be very aware this is a hospitality company that does not think noise is a problem - if is for you - I would stay somewhere else.
