The rooms were big, clean and im a nice location!!

Wonderful, European styled accommodations and hotel. Clean, tastefully designed and decorated. Love the unique layout of an all-inclusive town. only wish more things were open, but I’m guessing that’s due to the low tourist season. Will be back to this hotel when we explore during a more open season the entrance is tricky. It’s on the side street with parking across.

The room design is awesome and we would like to stay again. The location is also good, we could walk shopping street and sightseeing sites.

The room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful, but the room should have proper light fixtures in the corner of room, and small tables for extra luggages, otherwise this is very good value to stay while in Karuizawa.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. They were just like the pictures. The included buffet breakfast downstairs was convenient. The location was right next to the Ginza shopping street and only a 20 minute walk to Kumoba Pond.

Amazing service!

Spacious room for a small family. Well located being close to shopping strip and within walking distance of good restaurants. Parking lot opposite the hotel was handy, as we had a hire car.

Nice property in a quiet place with lots of restaurants around.

Decent place to stay in as the staff were nice and friendly. The place was not very occupied at the nights i stayed so it was really quiet to a point it was kinda scary as no staff were stationed after some time.

A very nice hotel botique hotel. Interesting configuration as the upper level is the hotel, first level has all the retail shops. Walking distance to many nice small shops.

Everything is excellent except no laundry service or self-serve laundry provided in the hotel. Otherwise, it would be a prefect 10 score.

This property was very modern. Great location and very walkable to shopping and other forms of transportation.

Very modern and clean hotel. Heater was great. there is floor heating. Staff are very friendly and car park is a short walking distance from hotel. i would definitely return.

Room was roomy and amenities up to standard. The adjoining carpark not paved and muddy during winter months.
