This property deserves a minimum of 4 stars as the rooms are nice and clean and spacious, but leaving 3 stars because of the rude behaviour by staff at the time of checking in. We requested early check-in beforehand and when we reached at the hotel, they told us that we'll have to check out exactly after 24 hours of check-in time and not at the actual check out time. So, for example, if you request early check in at 6 AM, they will make you leave the hotel at 6 next morning and I really can't understand their logic behind this because where will a person go at 6 AM. When asked the logic they said the hotel booking is meant for 24 hours only, which sounded very ridiculous and showed that these people are may be new in the hotel industry or may be the front desk agent was trying to make some money for himself.
