Kristy in breakfast did a great job

Waited 15 mins to check in the night we checked in. We called the number it said to call to get a person working but it just rang. Hotel bathroom shower curtain was filthy. Breakfast pancake machine didn’t work. For almost $600 for two nights you would think it would be better.

Hotel is a little worn, but well-kept and clean. Room has some good modernizations such as USB ports and multiple light options. Breakfast area was pretty cramped given the hotel was not that full it seemed when we stayed.

Our room was ready early on a very busy weekend. Super easy check in, very clean, and lots of shopping and dining options close by. One of the best Holiday Inn & Express that we have ever stayed at.

What I really liked about this day is I made a mistake when I booked a second night you see I had to stay there one night then I went to a rock festival that was coming to spend another night and then driving home well when I booked the second night I was already at the rock festival had a few drinks and all that and I booked it for the wrong night I booked it for Saturday night not Sunday so I got to the hotel I was a day late but the hotel manager totally tried to help me out and give me a room cuz I hadn't used it turns out I was using the hotel.com it was already paid for so I lost money but the hotel is great trying to help me but I never got my money back cuz the hotel.com LOL

My stay was enjoyable overall, but the bathroom could definitely use some improvements. The shower was not very easy to operate and the water pressure was quite low. The toilet was also very low, which may not be comfortable for everyone. While the shower does have a curtain, the overall bathroom setup feels dated and could benefit from an upgrade.”

We enjoyed this Holiday Inn. The breakf was fresh and the staff we encountered were friendly. We will stay there again when we are in the area.

Good breakfast but miss the waffles.

Pros: overall the staff was very nice, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean. Parking was fine. Cons: at check in, staff member said my room number out loud (as opposed to only having it written on the paper that holds the room keys). We were also unable to use screen cast on our room's tv:(

Conveniently located to restaurants and many tourists spots in Dayton. Quiet and very clean and updated.

Great experience

This hotel was in a great location for various restaurants and lots of shopping, it was in a safe location close to the highway. The room had a musty smell, and the lobby floor was covered in wayer from what was said to be from cleaning the carpet. There was no front desk attendant when we arrived at 3:05 pm. We waited 15 mins. before she showed up aling with a manager named Bob. They ssid they were in the middle of a shift change. She printed paperwork for me to sign and while I was reading it, Bob said just sign here, its the same ingo. you read on the website to book the room. I told him, I would be reading the entire doc. before digning anything. Customer service could be better.

The conditions of the hotel were great. I felt it very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was missing a couple things in used to , broken pancake machine and a few choices I’ve seen at other holiday inns. So I’d give that a 4/5 stars but otherwise a great stay in a nice area with lots of dinner choices around.

Great breakfast

This hotel is in a good location. They have quiet hours in the evening, which was very nice. There was a good variety of food available for breakfast.

Everything is perfect except at the checkin counter service.
