The front desk is very rude and rude and rude

I liked the very pleasant attitude at the reception, there was help for any request, I am grateful, I also liked the quality of the bed linen, there was a pleasant aroma, so it became even better to rest, thank you and see you soon...

The front desk needs to have longer hours, or there should be lockers in the common area for people to leave their things if the room isn't ready, or the front desk should give the lock to the guest if they know that the guest isn't going to be checking in when the front desk isn't staffed.

Genuinely friendly staff. Awesome location. Clean room , in room bathroom was clean as well. The hostel is pretty, it has a unique character that fits well with its location.

Room attendant need to be detail orientated, items from previous stay was in the room..

Very accomodating and in a very nice area of the city. Their rooftop deck was incredibly helpful and very work from home friendly with plenty of outlets to charge your devices but can definitely get better with the wifi but it wasn’t the worst. I just ended up using my hotspot. Otherwise, rooms had their own bathrooms, it was clean, safe and accessible.

Todo muy bien. Solo estaría bien que limpiaran la habitación privada en estancias largas. Nos tocó también que hicieron reparaciones muy temprano y el ruido fue muy molesto. Gran ubicación, muy tranquilo.

I wish they had more interaction with the guest so they can mingle with one another since a lot of us are there alone and we could bond and make plans with one another that would have been great But the place was nice clean and helpful

Good stay for quick overnight. I arrived after hours, went crazy looking for the bathroom only to find out it was in the room...oops Lol Overall good value and comfortable stay. Top bunk did not have a cover or curtain.

Nice place for what you pay. Would be nuce if water dispenser actually provided cold water and had more places to dry towels. Ither than that no complaints
