Conturce boutique hostel was the perfect stop for our one night stay in San Juan - the instructions for getting in were clear and we appreciated the towels and clean room!

Could not recommend enough. Great location, lovely staff, amazing other guests!

Everything was perfect, great staff

small but comfy hotel. room was exactly like advertised in hotel.com post. very nice rooftop with tubs. staff was very friendly and quick to act when we had problems with room key code.

Yes kitchen was fully stocked and shopping was near by

You get what is expected in a hostel. Small dorm rooms. The down side for me was limited to one bathroom in a dorm of six beds. Had to wait in line to use the bathroom.

Helpful staff, and reasonable amenities given the price and status as a hostel. Could do a lot worse let alone better yet expensive.

I had the best time. I met the most interesting people and had so many laughs up on the roof top. Great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. I was travelling alone but made friends at this wonderful hostel.

Only stayed one night. Booked to cover late flight arrival and they let me in at 2 am after calling the help line..thank you. Kind of loud (exterior street noises) but that was to be expected, per other reviews. No need for staff to come in and announce check out time, I was fully aware of what it was;, very strange , IMO . There is a free public book shelf area that was directly across the street. Thanks to city or whoever set this up. Thanks again for last .minute accommodations.

This hostel has a great location but wheat really ruined it for me was them changing the code to the entrance without informing me. I ended up being locked outside in the middle of the night for almost an hour, I was solo traveling so this did not feel safe. I was told by other travelers that they were also not informed and only a few people were notified. I had called the helpline and it took 6 different calls for them to finally pick up. The hostel itself was subpar, I stayed somewhere else prior and going from there to here felt like a downgrade.

I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. I would definitely return and suggest this hostel to anyone.

staff was super nice and understanding, everything was cleaned everyday and the hostel is in a safe area, many restaurants and shops nearby , including a superstore
